• Your method of payment. We accept all major credit cards as well as cash (No checks)
• If ordering delivery and paying by credit please have your card number and expiration date ready
• There is a $3.00 charge placed on all delivery orders

When Placing a Pick Up Order:

• The name of the person picking up your order
• The contents of your order

When placing catering orders:
